Living/Dining area:

The ground floor of the villa is open plan with double doors leading onto a sunny decked terrace.The living area with its large comfortable sofa is equipped with TV (UK channels available), DVD player and free WiFi. Good selection of DVDs, books and games for all the family to enjoy. A good selection of maps of local towns, leaflets on nearby walks & cycles and details of local markets is available for guest's use.

The dining area has seating for 4 people. There is also a downstairs toilet off the entrance hall which has a storage area containing iron, ironing board, clothes airer, vacuum cleaner etc,

Kitchen area:
The open plan kitchen area has an oven, induction hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, electric kettle, toaster and coffee machine, A variety of utensils and crockery is provided together with recipe ideas.

UPSTAIRS
Master Bedroom:
The master bedroom has a king size bed, large fitted wardrobe and bedside lockers with lamps. Mobile air conditioning unit provided. Hair dryer. Full length mirror. 

Twin Bedroom:
The twin bedded room has bedside locker with lamp and full length mirror. Hanging wardrobe space. 

Main Bathroom:

Bathroom with WC, shower, vanity area with plenty of storage underneath. Heater and towel rail.

Outside:
Decked terrace for making the most of the Provencal sunshine. Large outdoor cushioned seating area. Outside dining table with comfortable seats and an electric barbeque for al fresco dining. 

Shared pool about 50m from front door of villa. Pool has sun loungers and washroom facilities.

Parking space available.
